A PROGRAM OF LOGAN CENTER COMMUNITY ARTS
Community members, University staff, faculty, and students are invited to read Rest is Resistance: A Manifesto and join us for a collective discussion facilitated by Logan Center Senior Director of Programming & Engagement, Emily Hooper Lansana. Together, we will reflect on the themes of rest, resistance, justice, and radical care highlighted by author Tricia Hersey.
Note: we encourage you to buy local and support Chicago’s local bookstores. Please order your physical copy of this book from Seminary Co-op: https://www.semcoop.com/rest-resistance-manifesto. This book is also available as a digital publication and an audiobook.
