Join us for an energetic session of jump rope, movement, and music led by Bernedette Rapier, Mary “Dancin’ Mary” Castle-Enyard, and LA Hollywood. Doing what they love and making people smile while strengthening their hearts and minds, each woman uses her experiences to bring a unique style to fitness.
