Asiana guides recent refugees to America along the path to citizenship and provides them with necessary job skills and income. Asiana features chefs that specialize in pan-Asian cuisine, including dishes from China, India, Pakistan, Japan, Korea, and Thailand. The menu includes vegetarian and vegan options, along with noodles, bento boxes, poke bowls, and boba teas. Asiana chefs are trained at culinary institutes in Asia and receive hands-on training.
